2024 Summer Robotics Camps
Robotics Camp
What:
A summer program created to inspire students to pursue their interests in science and technology through hands on building and programming. Camps for students entering 4th-8th grade in the fall of 2024
Camp will run from 9 am to 3 pm daily. Students will need to bring a lunch each day except Friday when we will provide pizza. Campers will be given a unique game each year where they need to work with 2-3 other campers to design and build a robot. We will also take breaks for snacks that are provided and play a variety of group games. We may go outside to play as the weather permits.
New for 2024! Campers will use new advanced Vex V5 robot kits.
Level 1 will be to learn about how to assemble and work with the robot kits in order to design their robot to play the game. Level 2 will introduce more programming aspects to the game to teach the campers basic programming of the robot.
